This depends on the selected services and is generally anything from 2 weeks to 3 months. Timelines will be discussed at the start of projects, and we can try our best to meet tight deadlines, although it’s important not to rush the process. A rushed decision is never a good decision!

Once your project is completed and the final payment has been processed, you will receive a link via email to access and download all your files. We ALWAYS recommend saving a backup to another device in case – because sometimes life happens, and there’s nothing worse than looking back and wishing you’d made a copy of something!

We love hearing your ideas and encourage you to share these with us! We’re happy to incorporate ideas, providing they feel like the right decision for the target audience, and we’ll always be there to share our professional opinion on anything design related. No one knows your brand better than you, so your thoughts are always valuable to the process. We never plagiarise from other creatives, so please don’t ask us to replicate another logo design exactly – it’s much cooler to be original!

To book a project with us, we take a 50% deposit payment which will secure the time in our diary, and then the final payment will be due before providing your final files once everything is signed off and ready to go! For our US clients, we take payment via bank transfer, and for our international clients, we use the payment platform Wise. We also send over a contract to sign before the project starts so it’s clear precisely what you’ll receive during your project.

Each project is custom-made for each client. Therefore, it can alter the quote for every client.

We only work on entire brand identities for branding because we feel colors, fonts, and a logo suite are essential to building a successful brand for a new business or start-up.

We typically book projects 1-2 months ahead of their start dates; however, we supply the questionnaire at the point of booking, so there’s plenty of time to fill that in. Be sure to plan if you’re looking to launch your brand in a few months, as you’ll also need time to implement anything we create digitally and in print. Occasionally, we can fit in smaller brand projects with urgent deadlines.
